Shipping & Delivery
WildQi ships merchandise to locations within Australia only. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you, the purchaser, when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable you may either receive a full refund for the products ordered minus the shipment costs, or we can re-ship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee.
Backorders
When ordering multiple products and one or more items are on backorder, the entire shipment will be held until all items can be shipped together unless Customer Service is contacted to request otherwise. If shipped separately additional shipping charges may apply.
Returns
WildQi wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product was purchased online and does not meet your expectations, you may return within 14 days from purchase date with prior authorisation and must be returned unused/unopened with the original packing and a copy of original purchase invoice. All merchandise items are subject to a 20% restocking, shipping and handling fee. No returns accepted if any stock has been damaged or opened. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. There will be no refund for shipping under any circumstances.

To obtain warranty service, call WildQi on 07 54463436 (Mon-Fri 10am-4pm) or email: service@wildqi.com.au Please be prepared to describe the product that needs service and the nature of the problem. A purchase receipt is required. All repairs and replacements must be authorised in advance. Service options, parts/ stock availability and response times will vary. You, the purchaser, are responsible for delivery and the cost of delivery of the product or any parts to the authorised service centre for replacement, per our instructions. WildQi reserves the right to replace defective parts or to issue a refund at WildQi's discretion.
